All items are handmade to order. Ready-made pieces ship within 2–5 business days; custom and made-to-order pieces take 7–15 business days to craft before dispatch.

We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–18 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Custom and personalized pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If anything is wrong with your order, email us at [email protected] with photos and we'll make it right.
