1. Order Processing Time
All of our products are handcrafted, stitch by stitch, so each order needs time to be lovingly made before it ships.
- Ready-made items: typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
- Custom & made-to-order items: usually require 7–15 business days to craft, depending on complexity. We will keep you updated on the progress of your custom piece.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Times & Destinations
We proudly ship worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and across Europe and the Middle East. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
- Free shipping is available on qualifying orders, as displayed on our website.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number where available. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to become active.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For damaged items, please also refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Unclaimed Packages
If a delivery attempt fails and the package is not claimed from the local post office within the holding period, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we can arrange re-shipment, though additional shipping costs may apply.
