Products & Handmade Quality
Are all your products really handmade?

Yes! Every flower, bouquet, doll, bag, and potted plant is crocheted entirely by hand, stitch by stitch. Nothing is mass-produced by machine, which is what gives each piece its unique character and warmth.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

It will look very close, but because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, size, and shape are completely normal. Yarn colors may also appear slightly different on various screens. These small differences are the natural charm of handcrafted goods — no two are ever exactly alike.

Do crochet flowers really last forever?

Unlike fresh flowers, our crochet bouquets never wilt and never fade. With a little care, they can be treasured for many years, making them a lasting keepsake or a meaningful gift.

What materials do you use?

We use high-quality, soft yarns chosen for their durability and beautiful finish. If you have specific material preferences or sensitivities, let us know when placing a custom order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Custom Orders
Can I order a custom design?

Absolutely — custom work is our specialty. You can choose your own flowers, colors, and packaging, or simply share your idea or story and we’ll crochet a one-of-a-kind piece just for you. Email us at [email protected] to get started.

How long does a custom order take?

Custom and made-to-order pieces typically take 7–15 business days to craft, depending on the complexity of the design. We’ll keep you updated on the progress and give you an estimated timeline before we begin.

Can I cancel or change my custom order?

Custom orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, before we begin crafting. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled, as each piece is made specifically for you. Please review your details carefully before confirming.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship our handmade creations all over the world, including the US, UK, Australia, Japan, Korea, Europe, the Middle East, and more.

How long will my order take to arrive?

After your order is crafted and dispatched, delivery usually takes 7–18 business days depending on your location. Please note processing time is separate from shipping time. You can find full details on our Shipping Policy page.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number where available. Please allow a few days for the tracking to become active.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.

How do I care for my crochet items?

To keep your crochet pieces looking their best, gently dust them or use a soft brush, and keep them away from direct sunlight and moisture to prevent fading. Avoid machine washing. If cleaning is needed, spot-clean gently by hand.

How should I store crochet flowers and dolls?

Store them in a dry place away from humidity. For bouquets, keeping them in a vase or display spot away from direct sun helps preserve their colors and shape for years to come.
